I thank the Lord for the clear message that I heard Major Thomas give in Victoria, British Columbia, back in the 70's. The three key words were: Sent, Went, and Put. What I remember from that message is: The Lord sends you to a certain place or ministry; you go where He sends you; you stay put in that place or ministry, until He shows you otherwise. My husband Brian and I have had the privilege of being part of the crew on the mission boat "Coastal Messenger" for many years. We thank the Lord for His faithful servants who have encouraged us. Major Thomas was one of them. May the Lord especially bless, encourage, and give wisdom and strength to you, the family, as you look after many details, and prepare for your Dad's memorial service.
